Dinner @Kunang Kunang

Akhirnye berjaya jugak plan untuk dinner with the gang di Kunang Kunang setelah beerapa kali plan tapi fail almaklumlah kalau plan involve ramai orang susah skit. The place was rite sebelah stesyen Shell on MRR2 route to Karak, Kuantan. The place is quite packed on Friday night but since we arrived early, it was still okay.
The ambiance was nice and they have a live band there but it was with rock music influences.

The food? To me the food was okay... Lots of choices but just okay to me. The bake dori that i had was a bit too spicy and had too strong taste of the so call asam pedas.

Too Strong Asam Pedas taste for a bake fish and pedas.

Su said the stew is nice...

Sian Si Buntat being passed from one person to the other sbb semua orang nak dukung dia hahahaha

"Diva in Action". Merajok nak menu for herself...

Selamat Pengantin Baru Su

The day finally came... Su's getting married. The gang memang tak sabar cause we were ready with the silver theme baju and everything... hahahahah
We have been helping su with all the hantaran since the groom bukan local so we all jadi orang kuat wakil pihak lelaki.... sampai pakcik comfuse nak jadi tukang karut ke?pengapit or just tukang ambik gambar... akhirnya pakcik jadi tukang ambik gambar aje... alhamdulillah... tak lah pakcik confuse..

The kenduri was held kat linggi, first time pakcik rasa masakan pure Nogori.... mak aiiiii sedappppp. Pakcik yang tak makan tempoyak(i know... i know... i org perak) pon makan banyak gulai pucuk ubi tempoyak dengan petai dia... sedap gileeee yummmm

I woke up quite early that day cause we had to be at the bride house by 9am. Biaselah bersiaerp then lepak tengok TV sampai kak mils tak henti beleter suruh tanye pengantin lelaki dah siap ke belom.... Tiba2 pengantin lelaki call pakcik tanye mane baju..... alamakkkk kelang kabot pakcik ambik baju dia dari bilik kawan pakcik and siap kan dia..... i was more gabra dari pengantinnye...

Dah siap pengantin kene tunggu pengapit plak tak tiba-tiba....kesabaran pakcik tipis skit pasal tunggu menunggu ni... Akhirnye sampai jugak pengapitnye barulah kami bertolak dari PD ke Linggi

Lame la plak mase akad nikah tok kadi ni buat kelakar layan ajelahhhh. Tak leh gak salahkan tok kadi ni sbb dia kene try translate supaya pengantin faham... hahhahah

Akhirnye selesai juga majlis akad nikah dengan sekali lafaz.... alhamdulillah...

Punye lah ramai orang yang nak tengok majlis akad nikah sampai ramai yang jengok dari luar tingkap sampai ade tingkap yang pecah hahahah mmg lah wedding of the year.

Kami bertanggak di rumah saudara Su dan kami siapkan pengantin lelaki untuk majis persandingan. Rancangannye the Pak Andam was suppose to pakaikan mase when we arrive tp mane lah sempatnye so we decided to pakaikanajelah hahahah and viola inilah hasilnye....

tapi setelah pakcik tengok balik gambar rasenye bunge sampin tu sepatutnye side kiri and bukan kanan... tak kisahlah kan janji jadilah jugak hasil tangan we all yang tak seberape....

Mula aje kami berarak dan di sambot oleh su tros terhenti perarakan sbb ramai sangat orang yang tak henti2 ambik gambar.... memang kalah artist....

Mase bersanding pon penoh orang kerumun pelamin nak tengok pengantin dan ambik gambar....

Pakcik ni kalau nak rebot2 ni masalah skit. Nasiblah Su upah Photographer pro kalau harap gambar yang pakcik tangkap tak lah banyak sangat sbb tak dapat nak berebot dengan orang lain hahahhaha mmg tak leh jd pro...

Ramai lah jugak makcik2 yang siap ambik gambar dengan kawan2 pengantin yang lain. Kelakar jugak pakcik tengok.... Lepas tangkap gambar siap berkumpul dan bergosip...
Bukan selalu dapat saksikan majlis perkahwinan dengan orang luar kan...

Tang makan pakcik memang suke.... kenyang pakcik... sedih tak dpt bungkus sbb kami stay another night kat PD...

Selesai sudah majlis... alhamdulillah semua berjalan dengan lancar...
Selamat Pengantin Baru Su pakcik ucapkan...
Ucapat Selamat berkekalan ke akhir hayat...

Cooking Class With Rohani Jelani

The first time i tasted Pavlova yang sedap was at Alexis Ampang and i was very interested to learn how to make it.
I registered with Rohani Jelani "Fabulous Dessert" class just to learn how to make Pavlova.
Alya was suppose to acompany me but she couldnt make it then Yati was suppose to replace her but she was sick... So it was either i cancell or still go ahead alone.
So i decided might as well i pergi rather nak tunggu orang, payah skit...

I followed the route that was given. Terkejot jugak mula2 sebab rempoh kawasan perkampungan Sungai pencala mane tah but i was not lost suprisingly.

I came too early and the gate to bayan Indah was still closed so i decided to round dulu and look for nasi lemak.

I found this one gerai jual nasilemak near the area and it was really good... i will definately go again if i attend Rohani other clasess.

Bayan Indah is a beautiful place with luscious greenery... very nice
Segan jugak pakcik mula2nye cause i was the only guy there...

But everyone was so nice and warm...

I was paired with Rini...
Thanks Rini for not making me feel ackward heheheh

It was my first cooking class ever so there was a bit of presure to do well.

Tu dia Rini membentok pavlova we all.... go Rini go...

Manggo Layer that was made by the other team... Tak dapat rase sbb semua tak nak share sebab nak bawak balik. I pon tak share my Pavlova and delicious coffee cake.



Violaaa hasil pavlova nye tp tu gambar pavlova Rini... Pakcik punye aaaaa tak yah lah nak tunjuk... Tengok ajelah my layer coffee cake kat bawah tu hahahahah jadi caca merba deco dia tapi taste dia sedappppppp okay jangan mainnnn

After the cooking session we had lunch with all the participant. Siap dengan cili padi memang cowwwww....

I had a very interesting experience and will definately will attend Rohani other classes... maybe Thai food or Clasic Butter cakes yummmmmm
